Dorothy was a resident at Turner Apartments when I was a manager there. She was such a positive person. She stopped in the office often; i enjoyed talking to her because she was very energetic and she was always busy with something in her apartment, cleaning, baking etc. She always brought me cookies, and they were delicious.
